Our three most popular olive oils:
Arbequina EVOO: The most common olive variety for olive oil in California, this has great olive flavor with a subtle robustness making it ideal for everyday use in the kitchen. Use it for salads dressings and vinaigrettes, in vegetable dishes, and anywhere a vegetable oil is called for. As a butter replacement, reduce the quantity by 1/4 (example; 3/4 cup olive oil is equal to one cup butter).
Meyer Lemon is probably the most versatile of our flavored olive oils. It pairs well with many of our balsamic vinegars, but is widely used with vegetables and baked dishes, as well as with fish or poultry.
Garlic is used anywhere fresh garlic flavor is needed; vegetables, soups, stews, pastas, etc. Use as a base on grilled beef, chicken or fish before adding you rubs or seasoning.
All of our flavored olive oils have only two ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the true flavor of the other product (Lemon, Garlic, Basil, etc.)
