Made from Muscat grapes, this balsamic-like condiment is thick and rich, and bursting with a delightful honey-apricot flavor. It is lower in acidity than regular balsamic. There is nothing like it to serve with any cheese. Drizzle on fruit or add a touch of sweet delight to a salad. Made here in California with the intention of being like nothing else...and it is!
