Mission Fig Balsamic

Made with hand-selected, ripe Mission figs, this smooth and mellow balsamic vinegar is a great alternative to traditional balsamic. It is a wonderful addition to a cheese plate or fruit dish, but also a fine marinade or drizzle for grilled meat. The true flavor of fig really shines in this vinegar, and it is not too sweet, making it a versatile vinegar that can be enjoyed by people with different taste preferences.
