Red Almost Vinegar

A delightful treat similar to balsamic vinegar, but made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This is lower in acidity than regular balsamic and is very smooth with a sweet-tartness unlike anything else we have. It will enhance any cheese or charcuterie plate, but is also wonderful on pork or lamb dishes. Use it on fruit or dessert dishes as well.
