Our Rosemary Infused Olive Oil is great tossed with pasta, on salads, on lamb or fish, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping, and in marinades. Like the garlic and Italian herb oils, it is natural for sauteing or as a condiment in savory dishes and avoids having those unpalatable rosemary spines in the dish.
